Today would be Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis’ 85th birthday, and what better way to celebrate the life of the socialite, former First Lady, the book editor, and the fashion icon by looking at the ways in which she’s been portrayed on film and television. Plenty of sad-looking brunettes with round faces (and at least one man) have tackled the role of the widowed First Lady at various stages of her life — childhood, life in the White House, the assassination, and her later romance with Greek shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis.
