Everyone has to start somewhere and for major movie stars, that place is usually playing a victim in an underwhelming horror film.
As a part of Decider’s Stream and Scream event — honoring all that is terrifying and bone-chilling — we wanted to pay homage to our favorite stars’ horror film starts. Maybe you remember that Johnny Depp got his start in show business by getting eaten alive by a vengeful bed in the original Nightmare on Elm Street. You might even be smart enough to know which bonafide scream queen became famous after starring in Halloween. But do you know which Hollywood super hunk had a bit part in 1987’s Return To Horror High?
We went through the filmographies of our favorite celebrities and found their underrated horror film beginnings. Now it’s time for you to test your horror knowledge and your Hollywood trivia.
