If you haven’t been watching American Horror Story: Freak Show, the idea of conjoined twins singing Fiona Apple’s “Criminal” in a circus tent probably sounds unfathomable. But if you have, it’s a pretty natural progression from Jessica Lange’s cover of “Life on Mars” last week. Rife with crazy camera movements and Jessica Lange shade, it’s the cover of your twisted dreams. Somehow Sarah Paulson’s duet with herself and the resulting freak-filled mosh pit is definitely not the weirdest thing (let’s not forget last week’s housewife finger-bang incident) that has happened on the show thus far.
