Degrassi: The Next Generation

Powered by Reelgood

As life teaches us time and time again, all good things must come to an end. The latest proof of this depressing truism: Degrassi: The Next Generation has been cancelled. TeenNick announced on Thursday that the beloved Canadian teen soap will end with the upcoming 14th season finale, reports TV Line. The show, which tackled pretty much every single teen issue you can think (plus dozens you never even stopped to consider) will bow out with a hour-long special, It Goes There: Degrassi’s Most Talked-About Moments, followed by an hour long finale on July 31. Now onto the real pressing questions; will Drake appear in the finale and will he play himself or reprise his old role as Jimmy Brooks?
