It’s Wednesday, which means it’s socially welcome to crush on your favorite lady. This week we’re head over heels for Ruby Rose, also known as “Stella” on the wild new season of Netflix Original Orange Is the New Black. Rose has been making waves since her recent appearance on the award-winning drama, causing some hefty Internet debate between queer and heterosexual women — the latter who have claimed to have “turned gay” for the actress who very vocally identifies as “gender fluid” and is neither man nor woman. Click any of the links below to see where you can stream the best of Rose’s work.

WHO’S THAT LADY?: Ruby Rose

WHAT’S THE CAUSE FOR WORSHIP?: Um, have you seen her body? Like Piper (Taylor Schilling) and Alex (Laura Prepon), however, audiences have been falling for Stella and Rose as the total package: beauty, brains, and badass-dom. In the latest season of prison drama Orange Is the New Black, Rose plays Stella Carlin, a new inmate at Litchfield penitentiary who catches the eye of on-again off-again Piper and Alex, who have recently been reunited.

WHERE YOU KNOW HER FROM: The Aussie model and former MTV VJ piqued the interests of casting directors over at Netflix to play this season’s foil. She also starred alongside Christina Ricci in indie drama Around the Block.

WHERE YOU’RE GOING TO SEE HER NEXT: As of now, Rose has only OITNB on the horizon, but being that she’s the undisputed breakout star of this season, we’ll most likely be seeing a lot more of Rose in the near future.

WHY WE’RE CRUSHING: Amidst the transgender movement currently making its way into the mainstream between OITNB‘s Laverne Cox and the recent and highly publicized transformation of Caitlyn Jenner, Rose adds a unique view on what it means to identify with being a man, woman, or both. The actress identifies as gender fluid or gender neutral: someone who identifies with various aspects of being both man and woman. Rose recently told Elle magazine, “I’m not a guy; I don’t really feel like a woman, but obviously I was born one. So, I’m somewhere in the middle, which — in my perfect imagination — is like having the best of both sexes.”
