By now you’ve probably digested the news that Lena Headey did not strip down for Cersei’s very harrowing Walk of Shame on Game of Thrones. She had a body double named Rebecca Van Cleave do it for her since she was preggers. However, what you might not know is that Headey isn’t the only queen that Van Cleave’s doubled for on TV. Van Cleave also appears on E!’s The Royals as a character named Lily. What’s Lily’s part in the high stakes world of fictional British monarchs? She’s a double for their queen — played by Elizabeth Hurley — and their princess.
First, Van Cleave’s character is introduced in Season 1, Episode 5, “Unmask Her Beauty To The Moon,” as Queen Helena’s decoy. She’s meant to give the queen some time to rendezvous with a former flame away from the eyes of the paparazzi — or palace guard. Look at that regal strut!

But Lily doesn’t just fill in for the queen. Later on in the episode, the young princess Eleanor uses Lily to trick an unsuspecting suitor. Something tells me his disappointment will wear off quickly…

If you want to know more about Van Cleave — and see more of what she looks like when she’s not impersonating Cersei, Helena, or Eleanor — we’ve put together a gallery of images that’s all her. If that’s not enough, click here to find out where to stream her appearance on The Royals.
