The BBC Names The 100 Greatest American Films Of All-Time: Here’s Where You Can Stream Them

Earlier this week, the BBC released its list of the 100 greatest American films of all-time. “According to whom?”, you ask. Well, the rankings were determined by polling more than 60 film critics from around the world (including Decider contributor Glenn Kenny). “What constitutes an American film?”, you ask. Well, in the eyes of this poll, any film that received funds from an American source counts as American.

Some “fun” facts from the poll:

• Only five of the films on the list are from 2000 or later
• Steven Spielberg and Stanley Kubrick are tied for most movies on the list with five each
• Rather unfortunately, no films directed by a woman make the list

The best fact of all? All but seven of these films are currently available to watch digitally (either by streaming, rental or purchase). Here’s the complete list of films, along with information on where you can stream them. How many have you seen?
