WWE SummerSlam 2015 … How To Live Stream It For Free!

This Sunday night at 7PM ET, WWE airs its second-biggest pay-per-view event of the year, SummerSlam, live from Brooklyn’s Barclay’s Center. It’s the first time in seven years that the event isn’t being held at L.A.’s Staples Center, so the east coast wrestling fans should be jumping to stake their claim on wrestling’s biggest annual event not named Wrestlemania. And the main event is certainly looking like it’s going to live up to the event, as The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar will square off in a rematch of their epic Wrestlemania XXX encounter, where The Undertaker’s 21-match Wrestlemania winning streak was broken in shocking fashion.

So how are you going to livesteam SummerSlam on Sunday night? Look no further than the WWE Network. You can sign up now for a free month of the service, which, at $9.99 a month thereafter is a pretty good deal considering all the programming they offer, including basically every wrestling pay-per-view event ever, from WWF, WCW, and ECW. If you’re an old wrestling fan from back in the day and curious to see The Undertaker back in the ring against Lesnar, your free month of WWE Network will give you plenty of time to reminisce about the old days. I’m currently blazing a path through their Monday Night Wars series, which chronicles the ratings battle between the WWE and WCW during the mid-’90s to early-2000s.

Now’s actually a pretty good time to get back into wrestling, though. In addition to Undertaker/Lesnar, SummerSlam is offering a champion-vs.-champion matchup between John Cena (favorite of children and marketing directors) and Seth Rollins (favorite of cheaters, cocky bastards, and fans of opportunistic title victories). They’re also taking a page out of Wrestlemania’s book by incorporating celebrity guests, as Arrow star Stephen Amell teams up with Neville to take on Stardust and King Barrett.

Other matches of note: Randy Orton takes on Sheamus; Ryback defends his Intercontinental Championship against The Big Show and The Miz; Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper take on reunited Shield members Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose; plus a 4-way tag-team match for the belts, a three-way Divas tag-team match, and more. It’s a pretty stacked card, and at 4 hours you’re getting your money’s worth. Which, if you’re taking advantage of the free month of WWE Network, is pretty easy to so. [They make it pretty easy to sign up.]
