The Mindy Project may have made the big move from network TV to Hulu, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be ready for the fall. The fourth season of Mindy Kaling’s sitcom — now dubbed a “Hulu Original” — will debut on its new home on Sept. 15. For anyone concerned about the show’s production values taking a hit, the first trailer for the new season (released last night) is reason for hope, with the new footage blending in seamlessly with seasons past. Of course, there will be some changes in the upcoming slate of episode. Kaling herself has talked up the increased freedom she and the show’s writers have now that they’re no longer on network TV.
