Final Shots: Marvel Releases Free ‘Jessica Jones’ Digital Comic

Why not prepare for the premiere of Jessica Jones — a little more than a month away! — by reading one of the comics that inspired the new Netflix original. Marvel has released a free comic from creative team Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Gaydos, who first introduced the character in the early 2000s series Alias, on Comixology, reports The Verge. The comic introduces the private eye hero and features an appearance from one of Marvel TV Universe on Netflix’s first big star, Daredevil. The first season of Jessica Jones, the second collaboration between Marvel and Netflix, premieres on November 20.
