Just because they play death-defying culebras and gun-slinging bank robbers on TV, that doesn’t mean From Dusk Till Dawn stars Eiza González, D.J. Cotrona, and Zane Holtz aren’t allowed to have the living daylights spooked out of them every now and then — especially when it comes to that one horror movie (we all have one, right?) that scarred them for life.

Part of Robert Rodriguez‘s series adaptation of his 1996 cult classic of the same name, González, Cotrona, and Holtz star as sultry vampire goddess Santánico Pandemonium and the dressed-to-kill Gecko Brothers, respectively, in the director’s extended exploration of the iconic crime-horror flick. But being immersed in a monster-riddled underworld as part of their daily work routine doesn’t mean these three onscreen badasses haven’t slept with the lights on in the past. We all remember that one scary movie (the one we probably shouldn’t have been watching in the first place) that made us loathe the nighttime and what might be lurking under the bed. Watch the three actors confess which horror flick scared them the most when they were growing up. There’s a few you may be able to relate to, while others, well… We’ll let the video speak for itself.
