It wasn’t just critics that like what they saw in Sneaky Pete’s pilot; Amazon did, too. The company has put in a full season order for the Bryan Cranston-produced crime drama, reports Deadline. Starting Giovanni Ribisi, the show focuses on a conman who takes over the identity of an old cellmate after his release from prison. The pilot, which we quite liked, also featured Marin Ireland, Margo Martindale, Peter Gerety, among others. Sneaky Pete will premiere on Amazon next year. No word on the fate of Amazon’s other fall pilot, Casanova, although the company ordered more scripts for it back in September.
