Netflix is ready to set off for pioneer times. The streaming service has acquired the Jason Momoa-starring Canadian action series Frontier, reports Deadline. The series will focus on the cutthroat world of the late 18th century fur trade. Alun Amrstrong, Landon Liboiron, Zoe Boyle, Allan Hawco and Jessican Matten will co-star alongside the actor who’s set to portray Aquaman in next years Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. Despite being a Canadian production, the show won’t be available for our neighbors to the north on Netflix until 2018, but will be available in all other territories (including the U.S.) next year.
