Final Shots: ‘Fargo’ Won’t Be Back Until The Spring 2017

Fargo fans have a long wait ahead of them in anticipation of the show’s upcoming third season. On Tuesday, hours after its second season finale aired, it was confirmed that FX’s critically acclaimed crime drama won’t return until the spring of 2017. On a conference call with the press, creator Noah Hawley was coy about what’s to come, but he did say that the show will jump forward in time to 2010 and deal with our “selfie-oriented culture,” reports Vulture. None of the first season’s cast are expected to return despite 2010’s close proximity to the events of that season, which took place in 2006.
