Happy Wednesday! You know what that means. It’s that time of the week where you can unabashedly declare which ladies you’ve been hardcore crushing on. At Decider, we like to make a weekly point of saying ‘YAAAS’ to a badass member of Team Woman, and today our queen is Kaitlin Olson of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

The criminally underrated comedienne has been grinding it out as Deandra “Sweet Dee” Reynolds on the long-running ensemble comedy for over a decade. And though the series has recently undertaken it’s eleventh — eleventh! — season on FXX, Dee still serves as Always Sunny‘s proverbial (and sometimes, literal) punching bag. Thanks to Olson’s consistent awesomeness, however, her character has becomes the show’s secret weapon — upping the comedic ante episode after episode. Here’s why we’re collectively obsessed with the actress who, despite having to hold her own amongst three domineering man children (one of whom she’s married to), still manages to come out on top. WHERE YOU KNOW HER FROM: In addition to Always Sunny, you’ve seen Olson as Traylor on The Drew Carey Show and as Becky on Curb Your Enthusiasm. You might also remember her from Sandra Bullock-Melissa McCarthy comedy The Heat and 2015’s Vacation. She’s also voiced bit characters on FX’s Unsupervised, Daniel Tosh’s Brickleberry, Seth MacFarlane’s Family Guy, and Bob’s Burgers.
