While Netflix has pushed TV in new directions, it’s also been welcoming to shows that wouldn’t have been out of place on old network slates. The latest addition to this group is The Ranch, which the streaming service released a trailer for on Thursday. Starring former That ‘70s Show castmates Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson, the show focuses on a Colt, played by Kutcher, a 30-something who returns home – to the titular ranch – after 15 years away chasing his dreams of becoming a professional football player. Masterson plays Colt’s brother Rooster, and Sam Elliot and Debra Winger play the siblings parents. The Ranch hits Netflix on April 1.
