Final Shots: New Video Matchup App MightyTV Is The Tinder For Streaming TV

None of us here at Decider are ashamed to admit that we’re head over heels for streaming television — and if you’ve made your way over to our site and are now reading this post — we can safely say that neither are you. That’s why a brand new app dubbed MightyTV might be the perfect solution for your struggles with what to watch next. According to Mashable, the new app models itself after the popular dating module Tinder using the “swipe” feature to move on to the next suggested title, curated by an algorithm based on what you and your friends are watching. “The Tinder model of making a single choice at a time is fun to use and enables us to offer a fully dynamic experience for the user,” said CEO and co-founder Brian Adams. The revolutionary app essentially allows you to sign in to platforms like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, HBO Go and Showtime Anytime to incorporate their streaming repertoire, making your viewing experience relatively decision-less.
