Happy Wednesday! You know what that means. It’s that time of the week where you can unabashedly declare which ladies you’ve been hardcore crushing on. At Decider, we like to make a weekly point of saying ‘YAAAS’ to a badass member of Team Woman, but today in honor of 420, we’ve decided to take it a step further. We’re still going to introduce you to our latest woman crush, but we’re also taking a moment today to spotlight some of our favorite lady stoners. So who is our KAWEEN today? The lady who perfected the term — Broad City’s Ilana Glazer.

If you’ve been keeping on top of your modern comedies, then you already know about Glazer. Lately she and her comedy partner, Abbi Jacobson, have been blowing up Comedy Central while giving you and your best friend relationship goals. To celebrate Glazer’s existence in the comedy world and her newest project, Time Traveling Bong, we’re starting off focusing on all things Glazer before diving into our fave female stoners. Get ready to fall in love.

WHO’S THAT GAL?: Ilana Glazer

WHY WE’RE CRUSHING: In short, becasue she’s a comedy goddess. The longer version? Becasue she’s been slaying as both a writer and actress on Broad City, and we’re insanely excited about her Comedy Central miniseries, Time Traveling Bong. Sure, Ilana’s character in Broad City is ridiculous, but she’s the perfect balance of self-assured and borderline insane to make her the unrelenting force of feminist comedy that we so desperately need.

WHERE YOU’VE SEEN HER BEFORE: Broad City, obviously. Glazer has also been on Inside Amy Schumer, BoJack Horseman, The Night Before, How to Follow Strangers, and various CollegeHumor Originals.

WHERE YOU’LL SEE HER NEXT: Right now, she only has Time Traveling Bong and Broad City listed, but both Glazer and Jacobson are riding a comedy wave that is only going up. Prepare to see more from both of them in 2016.
