Netflix has officially renewed its expiring deal with Miramax to hang on to all or some of the studio’s 700-plus movie titles. Although specific names of titles have yet to be mentioned, the streaming platform’s renewal will likely include both old and new releases.

According to Deadline, the deal comes as somewhat of a surprise given chief content officer Ted Sarandos’ recent vocal commitment to increased original content. Original content, however, only makes up roughly 10% of the streaming service’s current library. The Miramax pact will likely include such titles as Pulp Fiction, Good Will Hunting, and No Country for Old Men, just to name a few. The platform’s renowned library will continue to grow as its other major deals with Disney and The Weinstein Company begin to take form.
