Final Shots: Broadway’s ‘She Loves Me’ Will Be The First Live-Streamed Production

The Roundabout Theatre Company’s revival of the musical She Loves Me will be the very first live-streamed production ever on Broadway. It will be telecast live on June 30th as a pay-per-view event via NTLive in the UK and Live From the Met in the States.

According to Deadline, the cost to stream the show is $9.99, which is a hell of alot cheaper than paying top dollar for orchestra seats at the venue. Presented by BroadwayHD in association with Ellen M. Krass, the musical is a revival of the 1964 production and follows Amalia and Georg, two parfumerie clerks who don’t seem to get along in person yet inadvertently fall for each other after becoming each other’s’ anonymous pen pals. The limited production of the show will end on July 10th at Studio 54.
