Let’s back up to earlier today, July 13. You’re going to want to mark this date because it’s a big one for both Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt star Tituss Burgess and the internet as a whole. Burgess wanted one simple thing that every adult wants at some point in their life — a moving company that would come at a reasonable time. That didn’t happen and Burgess countered in one of the most epic celebrity callouts ever seen.

According to Burgess’ Yelp review, the Emmy-nominated actor hired the moving company Frank’s Express to move a couch, and Burgess and a company representative agreed the movers would come at 1 p.m. Seems simple, right? This is moving we’re talking about, so wrong. Thirty minutes after the agreed upon time, the movers still hadn’t arrived. When Burgess called the movers to see what the holdup was, the moving company told Burgess he had to leave a Yelp review BEFORE they moved anything, which defeats the entire purpose of Yelp. Though no couch was moved today, Burgess made sure to leave a review on Yelp:

And on Instagram:

And on Twitter for good measure:

As Jezebel has already pointed out, the company has glowing reviews from other users — or at least they did until July 13. If you look at the reviews from today, you’ll notice they’re overwhelmingly negative:

Yelp

Either today was Frank’s Express’ worst day ever, or some dedicated Yelpers have risen to support Burgess’ negative experience. Come to think of it, it’s probably a mix of both. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Yelpers attack real businesses because of their pop culture dedication. Ken Kratz’s law firm was flooded with one star reviews after the premiere of Making a Murderer.

Please keep sharing your hashtag-filled reviews, Tituss Burgess.
