During a recent interview with CNBC, House of Cards producer and Relativity Media president Dana Brunetti said that Netflix is “overvalued” and is currently occupying a space that is “really going to get crowded.” Brunetti’s negative comments follow a recent legal dispute between the platform and his struggling film studio.

The producer, who had also worked on The Social Network and Fifty Shades of Grey, added, “I’m also talking about people that I work with, so I got to be careful,” in reference to his House of Cards credit. Relativity Media is currently suing Netflix for $1.2 M in legal fees incurred as a result of Netflix’s recent suit against them. Netflix claimed that despite the studio’s recent bankruptcy, the terms of their contract should have allowed them to proceed with streaming two films including Masterminds starring Zach Galifianakis.
