NFL Hall Of Fame Game Live Stream: How To Watch Green Bay Packers Vs. Indianapolis Colts For Free

UPDATE (8:02 PM): Tonight’s Hall Of Fame game between the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts has been cancelled due to “safety concerns with the condition of the playing surface.” Bummer! Here are some relevant tweets about the story. You had ONE JOB, Roger Goodell!

Olympics shmolympics … ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL? Some NFL preseason football, specifically? After six long, dreary months without any football in our lives, we are positively PUMPED to see some gridiron action tonight in the Hall Of Fame Game 2016. Here’s everything you need to know to enjoy tonight’s matchup between the Green Bay Packers and the Indianapolis Colts.

WHAT TIME DOES THE INDIANAPOLIS COLTS VS. GREEN BAY PACKERS GAME START?

Great question. The first thing you probably want to know if you’re looking to watch the game is what time it’s on. Kick off is at 8:00 p.m. ET.

HOW CAN I LIVE STREAM THE HALL OF FAME GAME?

ESPN has the rights to broadcast this game, which is good news! The Packers/Colts game is being livestreamed on the Worldwide Leader’s excellent WatchESPN app, as well as Sling TV. Unfortunately, you’ll need to authenticate with a cable provider if you want to watch the game on Watch ESPN, so get your (or your friend’s/parent’s!) login credentials ready. Sling TV, however, is currently running a free trial! (More on that below.)

HOW CAN I GET THE WATCH ESPN APP?

If you consider yourself a sports fan and you haven’t already downloaded the free Watch ESPN app for your iOS, Android or Windows Mobile device, you’re doing it wrong. Rectify that situation immediately! You can also tune-in via Watch ESPN’s Roku channel, using your Amazon Fire TV or Chromecast device, or by visiting WatchESPN.com on your desktop or laptop computer. (NOTE: You’re going to need to authenticate with your cable provider, so make sure you have your login and password for your cable system handy.)

HOW CAN I GET SLING TV?

This is a terrific time to check out Sling TV, as they are currently offering subscribers a free one-week trial of the service. ESPN is part of the Sling Orange package — which also includes ESPN 2 — and will run you $20 a month after your free trial ends.

ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?

If you’re waiting for a matchup between perhaps the two best quarterbacks in the National Football League, Green Bay’s Aaron Rodgers and Indianapolis’ Andrew Luck, you’re gonna have to wait a bit longer. The Packers held their star QB out of practice on Thursday, and he’s unlikely to play today. Perhaps he’s still smarting after being dissed by his baby brother Jordan Rodgers on The Bachelorette?
