WHEN YOU NEED MORE D*CK IN A BOX: Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping

The Lonely Island boys are back, and now you can watch their latest foray into fame and fortune from the comfort of your home. Half movie, half mockumentary, the movie follows a group of three childhood friends who made it big after creating the hip-hop group the Style Boyz (notice the z). However, when one of their members decides to break from the pack and make it big (Samberg, of course), he may sacrifice his friendships and his world.

A NEW TAKE ON A CLASSIC: Morris from America

This indie coming-of-age story follows 13-year-old aspiring rapper (Markees Christmas) as he attempts to achieve hip-hop stardom. There’s only one problem. Morris has moved to Germany with his widowed father (Craig Robinson). Throughout the course of the movie, Morris befriends a rebellious popular girl, and the rest is a modernized and sweeter take on the classic awkward-kid-looking-in story.

TALK LITERATURE TO ME: Love & Friendship

An adaptation of one of Jane Austen’s Lady Susan, this period comedy follows the calculating Lady Susan as she pursues the wealthy and hapless Sir James. Like many of Austen’s protagonists, she’s self-centered, manipulative, too smart for her own good, and most importantly hilarious. This one stars Chloe Sevigny and Kate Beckinsale, so you know it’s good.
