GENEVIEVE ANGELSON AS PATTI ROBINSON Genevieve Angelson stars as Patti Robinson, a researcher at News of the World who is the definition of a go-getter, chasing some of the biggest stories of the time. It will not be lost on viewers when early on in the series she must decide between meeting her boyfriend for a fancy evening on the town or traveling to a much less glamorous area to interview a witness for a story. She's incredibly smart and hard-working, and in between discovering scoops for her reporter (oh, who's also her boyfriend, Doug), she begins to recruit the women of the office to participate in the sexual discrimination lawsuit they are building. Angelson is no stranger to the Broadway stage, and has appeared in House of Lies, but it is this new series where she will really impress viewers as the ultra eager and competent Patti.

HUNTER PARRISH AS DOUG RHODES Hunter is a fellow Broadway star who is best known for his role as Silas on Weeds. In Good Girls Revolt, he's a true man of the times. As reporter Doug Rhodes, who comes from a rather wealthy upbringing, he's certainly aware and open to the changing times, but he works on grasping everything that is happening with the women he works with--especially his girlfriend, Patti. Doug is a talented storyteller at the magazine, but he must understand the story before he can really write it. It should also be noted that Hunter has no problem wearing the fancy menswear of the 60s!

ANNA CAMP AS JANE HOLLANDER Let's just take a moment to be thankful that Anna Camp is playing a bright, determined woman in this show, and not a snooty or bitchy role. While she's always excellent, she's likable and admirable in this show, and gets the chance to show off her energetic and bubbly personality. Her character, Jane, is a star researcher, who isn't quite the first woman to jump at the chance to fight for equality. But as she gains more real world experience, both in terms of her job and her relationship, she is not afraid to ask for what she deserves. Camp is best known for her role in the Pitch Perfect films, as well as HBO's True Blood, and has recently appeared in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. As Jane, it will be impossible to take your eyes off of her. Watching her learn where she stands personally and professionally and what she could both lose and gain from, all while wearing some of the best outfits and hairstyles of the era, is a true highlight of the series.

ERIN DARKE AS CINDY RESTON Cindy is one of the most interesting characters of the series. She starts out on the shy side, but her involvement with the upcoming lawsuit, as well as dealing with a controlling husband, takes Cindy to many new places. You could even say she really "blossoms" throughout the season, pursuing what--and who--she really wants. Darke has appeared in films such as Love & Mercy, Still Alice, and Kill Your Darlings, but is sure to turn a lot of heads with her role in this show.

CHRIS DIAMANTOPOULOS AS FINN WOODHOUSE You've recently seen Chris in HBO's Silicon Valley as investor Russ Hanneman, but he exudes much more class and composure on Good Girls Revolt...for the most part. As Editor at Large of News of the Week, he must find a way for the magazine to be innovative and interesting, and often chooses his work over his wife. While Finn's not necessarily a bad guy, he's a product of the times. Needless to say, the lawsuit is a complicated problem for him in a lot of different ways. Chris brings a lot of great energy to Finn, a guy that you'd probably want to work for in 2016, but in 1969, well that's another story -- one we're glad Amazon is telling!

GRACE GUMMER AS NORA EPHRON Grace is tasked with playing one of the two real people portrayed in Good Girls Revolt, starring as Nora Ephron. Describing Ephron as a "talented writer" is an understatement, as we've clearly seen from her decades of fantastic work. Grace does a great job of playing her, a woman who always planned on working full-time and receiving the credit she was owed for her work. When it becomes clear that won't be the case at News of the Week, she's quick to jump on-board with the lawsuit, inspiring Patti and the other women along the way. While Grace was recently seen on this past season of Mr. Robot, she brings an ease and assuredness to the role of Ephron here that truly helps to keep the show entertaining while moving the plot along.

JOY BRYANT AS ELEANOR HOLMES NORTON Eleanor is the other real-life character of the show, an ALCU attorney who leads the ladies' case. Joy Bryant even got to meet Eleanor, and the two have worked together since on equality causes. In the show, she speaks to the women about their job, their duties, and how they are treated. She helps them to realize they can be treated as equals to men in (and out of) the workplace, and opens their eyes to many things. Joy provides a wonderful portrayal of a woman who is still bringing change to the world as a member of the U.S. Congress today.
