This Sunday, the likes of Casey Affleck, Denzel Washington, Ryan Gosling, Andrew Garfield, and Viggo Mortensen will compete for the highest honor a performer can receive – the Academy Award for Best Actor. This ceremony will mark the 90th actor (due to a tie in 1932) to take home the statuette.
