Netflix is reportedly working on revolutionizing its content by providing alternative endings for some of its original shows. With that in mind, viewers everywhere are all asking mostly one question: could Stranger Things potentially deliver an entirely different outcome for Barb?

According to Daily Mail, the new technology being developed will allow subscribers to choose their own adventure by selecting how a story unfolds using their remote. A source close to the outlet stated “We’re doing work on branch narratives so you are actually making choices as you watch. All the content will be there, and then people will have to get through it in different ways.” The SVOD giant will run a trial on a children’s show first and has not yet revealed whether it will involve existing shows or focus only on future releases.
