Amanda Bynes Breaks Her Silence On Her Infamous Drake, “Murder My Vagina” Tweet

Amanda Bynes is back! The former tween comedienne (and one-time tabloid darling) is all grown up and ready to re-enter public life. Bynes sat down with Diana Madison of Hollyscoop to talk about her sobriety, to tease her future acting plans — she’s planning a comeback! — and to clear the air about some of her most infamous moments.

Bynes made a name for herself as a tween star on Nickelodeon in the late ’90s and appeared in films like What A Girl Wants and Easy A. However, Bynes struggled publicly with drug abuse a few years back. She once threw a bong from her Midtown West apartment building, was caught bizarrely dancing in the street, and tweeted “I want @drake to murder my vagina.”

Wearing white lace and clutching a china mug of tea, Bynes said:

“I actually wasn’t being insincere. I was like saying, ‘Murder my vagina.’ I was serious but I was also on drugs. So that was my way of saying, ‘Let’s do it, man.’ But I was on drugs and trying to be hilarious.”

Bynes also admits in the interview that she stole her old look from reality star Blac Chyna. “I’m a fan of hers. She’s adorable,” Bynes said. Bynes also played a game ranking her old co-stars in terms of hotness, politely saying they were all hot. Though later, she did rank them and pals Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, and Demi Lovato in terms of hotness.

Bynes is planning on acting again. “I want to do TV,” she says. “Maybe a few guest spots on some shows that I’m a fan of and maybe another TV show where I’m the star of it in the future.”
