Where were you the first time you learned about sex? Perhaps it was at the playground at school. A sleepover with some friends and some scrambled late night Skinemax. A stealthy Google search while your parents weren’t looking. Maybe your Mom cornered you on a car trip to the mall for a painful talk about the birds and the bees. Regardless of how you learned about sex, we’re betting it wasn’t while you were preparing to film a scene in Game Of Thrones.

Yet that’s exactly what happened to Sophie Turner, the young actress who plays Sansa Stark on HBO’s smash series. In an interview with London’s Sunday Times (via Vulture), she confesses that her “sex education” game from reading the scripts to the show she’s been involved with since her first audition at the tender age of 12. As the interview goes:

“I’d be doing a read-through and we’d be talking about very graphic stuff,” Sophie Turner says, drawing out the veeeeeery, eyebrows arching as high as they’ll go. “The first time I ever found out about oral sex was from reading the script. I was like … ‘Wow! People do that? That’s fascinating!'” She chuckles. “I guess that was my sex education. Being on Game of Thrones.”

What a world! Do you think anyone ever explained to her what Littlefinger really means?
