Last night, future TV legend, Emmy nominee, and beloved hottie Kit Harrington made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live ahead of this Sunday’s Game of Thrones premiere. The interview was relatively light, bouncing from Kimmel mining for GOT spoilers to revealing that his three-year-old daughter actually has a crush on Harrington. However, Harrington is a trained professional, and he knows he has to give people what they want.
And the people want Kit Harrington to act out every single Westeros character.
In the very silly two minute sketch, Harrington tackles everyone from Aria Stark and Cersei Lannister to Hodor. He even flashes a pair of fake boobs at a couple of points — Game of Thrones’ true mark on the television landscape. The video proves two things. Harrington would make a fun Saturday Night Live host, and it’s a damn good thing that he got the role of Jon Snow.
As anyone who is a fan of the series knows, Game of Thrones is a masterful if not depressing series. If your favorite characters haven’t already died, there’s always a chance they may die horribly this season. Or in Jon Snow’s case it’s possible they may die again! As we head into what may possibly be the bloodiest TV Sunday of the summer, it’s nice to watch something nice, short, and relatively harmless.
