Classic crime flicks, riveting war stories, and spectacular science fiction are among the massive amount of titles available to you. 'Iron Man'
Perhaps the Marvel flick that made superheroes cool again, Jon Favreau‘s first installment in the Iron Man franchise introduces us to Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and the birth of Iron Man through his kidnapping by terrorists and eventual escape. Funny, suspenseful, and action-packed, it’s no wonder that Iron Man kicked off the new age of Marvel.
'Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation'
While many franchises are long-tired by their fifth installment, Christopher McQuarrie continues to breathe life into the iconic Tom Cruise action films, and Rogue Nation is no different. This flick sees our hero Ethan Hunt faced with his most daunting adversary yet – an international crime consortium known as the Syndicate. Aided by his quirky team of colleagues (including a pitch-perfectly hilarious Simon Pegg), Ethan must prove the existence of the Syndicate to the CIA and save the world in the process.
'Indiana Jones'

'Spectre'
Sure, the theme song is no Skyfall, but Spectre offers just as many thrills as its predecessor. Daniel Craig is back as 007 and he’s hellbent on dismantling Spectre, an evil organization run by none other than ultimate villain actor Christoph Waltz. Gun fights, car chases, and steamy encounters all combine to produce a pretty solid Bond flick.
'The Matrix'
What if I told you… you can watch every Matrix film from the comfort of one streaming service thanks to Prime Video? Starring Keanu Reeves, Lawrence Fishburne, and Carrie-Anne Moss, this wild sci-fi franchise kicks off when a computer hacker (Reeves) is contacted by elusive rebels who reveal the truth about his reality and how they must take down the people who control them.
'Star Trek Beyond'
The latest installment of the Chris Pine/Zachary Quinto iteration of the franchise is just as much fun as the first two – and maybe even wittier. Helmed by Justin Lin and written by star Simon Pegg and Doug Jung, Star Trek Beyond finds the USS Enterprise’s crew continuing their exploration of the furthest reaches of uncharted space – until they suddenly find themselves face-to-face with an unexpected, ruthless enemy. Action-packed, suspenseful, and wickedly funny, you won’t want to skip this star-studded sequel.
'The Untouchables'
Brian De Palma’s epic American gangster film is nothing short of a masterpiece, and the fact that it’s readily available to stream feels miraculous. Starring screen legend Robert De Niro as Al Capone opposite an all-star cast featuring the likes of Sean Connery, Kevin Costner, and more, this insanely compelling depiction of Prohibition-era Chicago is absolutely riveting.
'Apocalypse Now'
Directed, produced, and co-written by Francis Ford Coppola, this classic 1979 epic war film plunges stars like Marlon Brando, Robert Duvall, Martin Sheen, and more into the heart of the relentlessly violent Vietnam War and the plots that unfold beneath the surface. Beautifully shot, hauntingly acted, and plagued with a series of insane behind-the-scenes stories, you won’t wonder why Apocalypse Now is considered a classic.
'Braveheart'
A wild feat of storytelling, epic war film Braveheart stars Mel Gibson (who also directed the film!) as Scottish independence fighter William Wallace. The massive film follows Wallace and his comrades as they fight in the First War of Scottish Independence, and it’s truly gripping. Thought-provoking and unexpectedly moving, Braveheart is a sweeping, modern drama classic.
'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2'
Lionsgate’s tentpole franchise draws to a close with its stunning fourth installment led by Oscar-winner Jennifer Lawrence, and at times, the film is so thrilling it’s easy to forget that the franchise is based on a series of young adult novels. Katniss continues to lead the revolution against the Capital and its privileged cronies, hellbent on creating equality and stopping the senseless killing of children in the annual Hunger Games. Featuring one of the last performances of the late, great Philip Seymour Hoffman, Mockingjay: Part 2 is the conclusion this series deserves.
