Hillary Clinton To Visit ‘CBS Sunday Morning’ For First TV Interview About Ill-Fated White House Run

This week’s episode of CBS Sunday Morning just turned into must-see TV.

Hillary Clinton will sit down with anchor Jane Pauley to open up about her ill-fated presidential campaign, her new book, and a variety of other topics in what will be the former Secretary of State’s first TV interview since her run for the White House. Airing on Sunday, September 10 on CBS Sunday Morning, the two will also delve into Clinton’s thoughts on President Donald Trump, Russian hacking, her life since Election Day 2016, and former FBI Director James Comey’s effect on the presidential race.

Per Amazon, Clinton’s new book, What Happened, will reveal what the politician was thinking and feeling during one of the most controversial and unpredictable presidential elections in U.S. history.

An inside look on the experience of becoming the first woman nominated for president by a major party, What Happened will also explore what it was like to run against Donald Trump, the mistakes Hillary made, and how she found the strength to pick herself back up the devastating loss.

What Happened is scheduled to be released on September 12.

CBS Sunday Morning will air Sunday, September 10 from 9:00-10:30 a.m. Eastern on the CBS Television Network.
