Today is Mean Girls day, and if you don’t know what that means, you can’t sit with us.

It’s October 3rd, duh. And this year, in order to celebrate Aaron Samuels (Jonathan Bennett) asking Cady Heron (Lindsay Loahn) what day it was, the cast of Mean Girls is asking fans to donate money to relief efforts for the Las Vegas massacre.

In the video below, originally posted on the Mean Girls for Las Vegas GoFundMe page, stars like Bennett, Lacey Chabert, Amanda Seyfried, and Daniel Franzese are asking fans to donate just $3 to the National Compassion Fund, an organization that will distribute 100% of the money raised to the victims of Sunday’s attack. In the past, NCF has collected and distributed funds to victims of the Pulse Nightclub attack, the Aurora shooting, and 9/11.

Naturally, the actors work in our favorite Mean Girls jokes, reminding “the groolest fans out there” that we “might not be able to make fetch happen, but we can make this happen.” The cast is attempting to raise $300,000 for the victims and their families, and considering that the movie has about a bazillion fans, it shouldn’t take long to reach this goal. If someone can spend the money to send Glen Coco four candy cane grams, you can spend $3 for a worthwhile cause.
