Will & Grace‘s much-anticipated return to NBC after 11 years in hibernation (there’s a gay joke about bears somewhere in there if you care to make it) was a huge hit for the network and revealed a pleasantly surprising appetite for more from our fey foursome of Will, Grace, Jack, and Karen.
Behind the scenes, it looks like Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Sean Hayes, and Megan Mullally are having just as much fun as they always have. If you frequent YouTube for classic W&G clips, you know that the show’s season-long blooper reels are among the best sources for some laughs. So it comes as no big surprise that NBC is releasing further blooper reels in order to promote the show.
The bloopers from last week’s Season 9 premiere — where the gang make a field trip to the Trump White House — include a Sean Hayes crotch grab, something about a “marinara fuck,’ and the sight of Debra Messing getting for-real whacked in the face with a pillow. It’s good, right?
The second episode of the big Will & Grace return to television airs tonight, with an episode starring Dear Evan Hansen Tony Award-winner Ben Platt as a younger man who’s really into Will.
