**Dakota Johnson, 'Fifty Shades of Grey'**
When you think of bashful, actress Dakota Johnson doesn't exactly come to mind. The *Fifty Shades* star did employ a butt double for the first film, but it had nothing to do with modesty and everything to do with her tattooed backside. "We did have a butt double for Dakota," *Fifty Shades of Grey* cinematographer Seamus McGarvey revealed back in 2016. "I had the pleasure of casting a non-tattooed bottom."

**Gwyneth Paltrow, 'Shallow Hal'**
The Farrelly Brothers confirmed on the DVD commentary track that, yes, Gwyneth Paltrow used a body double during the now famous scene where she stripped down to her underwear in *Shallow Hal*. The film, which is about a man played by Jack Black who is, get this, *shallow*, went on to gross over $70,000,000 at the box office.

**Isla Fisher, 'Wedding Crashers'**
You think every nude scene features the actors who are actually starring in the film? Grow up, Peter Pan. Count Chocula. Isla Fisher used a body double while filming this 2009 comedy classic. If the actress would have had her way, the character of Gloria would have kept her cloths on throughout the film. "My argument was, if you see a character's breast, she's no longer funny," Fisher told *Entertainment Weekly*. "You see her as someone sexual rather than as someone funny. I lost that argument with the producers. In fact, they wanted her to be naked, I think, through five scenes."

**Mila Kunis, 'Friends with Benefits'**
There's no shortage of sex between buds turned, well, buds who bone in the 2011 comedy *Friends with Benefits*. While Justin Timberlake's buns are on full display, Kunis called for a pinch hitter. In this scenario, a pinch hitter is a butt double. "I showed side-boob, and I figured I can't just give away everything all at once," Kunis told Ryan Seacrest in 2011. "I gotta let it all out in little pieces here and there."

**Jamie Dornan 'Fifty Shades of Grey'**
You may be surprised to learn that former Calvin Klein underwear model and current hot human being Jamie Dornan also used a body double during *Fifty Shades of Grey,* but reportedly he did. The dream has been shattered. A Canadian model stood in for Dornan in certain scenes where his face didn't need to be seen.

**Jessica Biel, 'London'**
Before she married Justin Timberlake, Biel said "Bye, Bye, Bye" to the idea of appearing nude in the mid-2000s indie movie *London*."I used a body double in this little indie, *London*, because they wanted a close-up of a breast and a bottom, and I didn't feel comfortable," Biel told Cosmo back in 2005." I thought, that's for my bedroom and my man, not for everyone else." Directed by Hunter Richards, London has a star-studded cast that includes Chris Evans, Jason Statham, Isla Fisher, Louis C.K., and Kat Dennings.

**Willem Dafoe, 'Antichrist'**
Willem Defoe famously used a penis double for Lars von Trier's memorable 2009 film *Antichrist*. Defoe told *The A.V. Club* that the director wanted to use a porn double for the film, but not for the reasons one might think. Trier told longtime Boston Phoenix film editor Peter Keogh that he used a stand-in penis because Dafoe has an "enormous dick." "Will's own was too big... everybody got very confused when they saw it."

**Freida Pinto, 'Immortals'**
You'd think ladies would be lining up to shoot a love scene with Superman himself Henry Cavill, but that's not what happened during the filming of *Immortals*. Actress Freida Pinto told The Orange County Register that she wasn't even asked to do the scene. "The director said there would be a body double and that was it," she said. "He pretty much knew what he wanted, and he felt like he didn't need me for the scene."

**Katy Mixon, 'Eastbound and Down'**
Long before *Vice Principals*, Danny McBride starred on an underrated HBO gem called *Eastbound and Down*. In the Season 1 finale, former high school sweethearts Kenny and April finally rekindle their romance. The memorable moment that follows, however, was courtesy of a body double. "I just can't do nudity," Mixon said during a Vanity Fair. "I'll act my face off, but I can't show the boobs. Not with my daddy watching everything I do."

**Owen Wilson in 'You, Me, and Dupree'**
What is about the Wilson brothers and butt doubles? Luke Wilson used a body double during *My Super Ex-Girlfriend* and Owen decided to go the butt double route in this largely forgettable 2006 comedy. Although between you and me (and Dupree?), Owen claims that the directors, Joe and Anthony Russo, were the ones who decided not to share Wilson's derriere with the world.
