2018 Winter Premiere Dates: When Are All Of Your Favorite Shows Returning This Winter?

Between weather reports about snow storms and Starbucks’ seasonal beverage line up, winter is very clearly here. After the excitement of the end of the year holidays, it can be a bit disappointing to realize that even though there’s no big event to look forward to, it’s still cold and snowy. During these trying times, one of the most comforting things you can do is make some hot chocolate, wrap yourself in a blanket cocoon, and lose yourself in the joys of television. We know that TV makes for the perfect winter companion, and we’re here to help you make the most of your viewing this chilly season.

The next few months are going to be pretty great for returning classics, but there are some new gems to look forward to as well. ABC has a particularly strong line-up with the returns of The Bachelor, Scandal, How to Get Away with Murder, and the new Roseanne revival, but you shouldn’t count out NBC. We’ll all have new episodes of This Is Us and The Good Place to cry and laugh over soon. However, the big premieres of the season go to Netflix and FX. Netflix will be releasing Season 2 of Marvel’s Jessica Jones, another season of its critically-acclaimed One Day at a Time, and its new sci-fi series Altered Carbon. Meanwhile, FX is poised to dominate critical conversations with the premiere of The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story. From returning network dramas to new HBO comedies, no matter what you love to watch, this list has you covered.
