Starz Will Air #ThatsHarassment Short Films As A Primetime Special

Starz said today that it will air a series of short films that depict cases of sexual harassment in the workplace. The half-hour special #ThatsHarassment is set for 8:30 PM Friday on the premium channel.

Written and directed by Sigal Avin, who also executive produces alongside David Schwimmer and Mazdack Rassi, the films are based on real events. All take place in professional settings where sexual harassment can occur and depict different scenarios where men in positions of power cross the line.

Among the titles are The Coworker, starring Grace Gummer and Joseph Sikora; The Boss, starring Zazie Beetz and Schwimmer; The Actor, starring Noah Emmerich and Cristela Alonzo; The Photographer, starring Bobby Cannavale and Anna Van Patten;  The Doctor, starring Cynthia Nixon and Michael Kelly; and The Politician, starring Harry Lennix and Emmy Rossum.

The shorts will air in conjunction with the Ad Council; the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN); and the National Women’s Law Center.
