This weekend, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, HBO, Showtime, STARZ, Sundance Now, Acorn TV, BritBox, Shudder, Tribeca Shortlist, Walter Presents, and more are adding a handful of new movies and shows for your viewing pleasure. Whether you’re in the mood for a new season of your favorite show, a classic film, or a mindless binge, you’re likely to find something right up your alley.

If you’ve been waiting for a new season of Netflix hit One Day at a Time, you’re in luck. The glorious revival is finally back for its second installment, and it’s just as wonderful as the first. If you’re in the mood for something a little more epic, you’ll be happy to know that The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring has also just hit Netflix. If these aren’t just cutting it, the seriously crazy, smart, unsettlingly resonant Ingrid Goes West is now on Hulu, as well as HBO’s latest groundbreaking series, Mosaic. What are you waiting for? You’ve got some serious streaming to do. Here’s what’s new on your favorite platforms this weekend.

One Day at a Time: Season 2 *Netflix Original

This beautiful revival of the classic sitcom is back for its second season, and we couldn’t be happier. The smart, heartfelt comedy follows three generations of a Cuban-American family coexisting in the same household. Justina Machado stars as recently divorced former military mom Penelope, and she’s surrounded by her teen daughter, tween son, and tradition-loving mother, played by the legendary Rita Moreno. (Seriously, folks, get on this show!)

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

Amazon may have bought the rights to make a giant television series out of J.R.R. Tolkien’s classic stories, but Peter Jackson’s films are pretty hard to top. The first film in the trilogy, The Fellowship of the Ring, is now streaming, and you’re bound to love the one film that started it all. Join Frodo (Elijah Wood), Samwise (Sean Astin), Gandalf (Ian McKellen), and the rest of the gang as they journey to destroy the powerful One Ring and saved Middle-earth from the dark, deranged Lord Sauron.

Ingrid Goes West

Starring Aubrey Plaza as the unhinged eponymous Ingrid, this bonkers dark comedy sees her move to Los Angeles to stalk a social media influencer named Taylor (Elizabeth Olsen) and the ensuing chaos that unfolds as her instability becomes more and more apparent. Plaza’s bonkers performance alone is enough to make Ingrid Goes West worthwhile, but with its timely commentary and bumping soundtrack, you won’t want to skip it.
