Hey, #Fannibals and #Fannibals-to-be; if you’ve oft turned to Amazon Prime Video for your Hannibal streaming needs, you might have noticed something a little disappointing. That’s right. The Bryan Fuller-helmed series still appears to be on the platform, with one glaring omission – the first season. The visually-stunning, thoroughly-haunting serial killer drama chronicling the rise of Hannibal Lecter and his intense relationship with FBI special investigator Will Graham first found its footing in the initial installment, but it’s a little harder to stream now.
Some time in the last few weeks, Hannibal: Season 1 was yanked from Prime Video and Amazon Video altogether, and now you can only stream the second and third seasons on the platform. The explanation on the show’s page reads: “Our agreements with the content provider don’t allow purchases of this title at this time”.
UPDATE 2/7/18: Hannibal: Season 1 is BACK on Prime Video. Take a bite outta that!
