Who knew bowling could be a contact sport?
A head of household competition resulted in Celebrity Big Brother contestant Omarosa Manigault being sent to the hospital during last night’s episode of the CBS reality series. Fans watching the live feed over the weekend knew something was awry, but it’s been confirmed that the show’s “Bowlerina challenge” caused Omarosa to have an asthma attack, which resulted in a trip to the hospital.
So what exactly is a “Bowlerina challenge”? It won’t be found during the Winter Olympics, that’s for sure. It’s a game of, let’s just say skill, that requires you to spin eleven times before attempting to roll balls up a ramp to knock down an assortment of bowling pins. Also, everyone is wearing tutus during the battle because… reasons.
After losing the challenge to Marissa, Omarosa, who had earlier revealed she had a “terrible equilibrium,” complained that she was suffering from a shortage of breath. The unorthodox challenge had evidently triggered an asthma attack.

“I couldn’t breathe,” Omarosa said. “It was really difficult to breathe. I knew I was in trouble with my asthma.”
Apparently, eviction isn’t the only way you can exit Big Brother. Omarosa was seen calling for a medic and it was later revealed she left the house to seek medical attention.

But don’t worry, Omarosa fans. The reality stalwart has since returned to Celebrity Big Brother.
“We were able to get my asthma under control,” Omarosa remarked during Sunday’s episode. “It was a really scary experience. Thank God I am back in the game.”
