This week’s contenders for your attention include a bizarre biopic about the minds behind one of the weirdest movies of all time, The Room. That film is The Disaster Artist, which features James Franco’s Golden Globe-winning performance as the most unknowable, weirdo auteur of all time, Tommy Wiseau. Elsewhere on the new releases list is Half Magic, a buddy movie about female empowerment starring Heather Graham, The Office’s Angela Kinsey, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine’s Stephanie Beatriz. And if you’ve been waiting to rent the Christmas comedy hit Daddy’s Home 2, then your time… has come!

What else can you buy or rent this week? Find out by taking a look at the collection of superhero comedies, murder mysteries, and intense horror flicks now available for you to enjoy from the comfort of your very own home!

Thor: Ragnarok

Ten years and over a dozen films into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, yeah, it can all seem a little daunting. But don’t let all that history keep you away from Thor: Ragnarok, a madcap romp that never takes itself or it’s heroic predecessors too seriously. Director Taika Waititi created a movie every bit as mischievous as Loki and epic as Thor, as well as possessing all of Valkyrie’s swagger and heavy-hitting moments that would rattle a Hulk. It’s big, it’s bold, it’s colorful–and it features a sublimely smarmy turn from National Treasure Jeff Goldblum. Even if you’ve never seen a Thor movie before, this is 100% the Marvel movie to watch–not because it sets up Important Events, but because it’s so damn fun. And if you don’t want to buy the movie, you’ll be able to rent it in a few weeks!

Murder on the Orient Express

There have been quite a few adaptations of Agatha Christie’s masterpiece before, but none have featured a mustache quite as grand as the one Kenneth Branagh works in this one. Co-starring alongside the mustache is Star Wars alum Daisy Ridley, film royalty Judi Dench, Disney fave Josh Gad, and so many more. This is the whodunit ensemble that doesn’t stop! Now you can solve the murder at home, or I guess on a train if that’s where your mobile device is situated. And if you want to rent the film, you’ll be able to do so starting on February 27!

Good Time

Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson has done a great job of shredding his image as, well, Twilight’s hunk. His post-YA film career has been filled with meaty, transformative roles, none as intense as what he delivers in the upsetting thriller Good Time. As Decider’s Joe Reid put it:

“Robert Pattinson’s performance is nothing short of phenomenal, playing Connie with a wild-eyed and righteous determination that contains so many different shades. Pattinson manages to communicate Connie’s love for his brother but also his misguided sense of his own abilities, his near-maniacal self-reliance, and his dark and unsettling bouts of opportunism. In his quest to keep his brother safe, he will imperil or endanger anyone.”
