No matter what’s going on with you today, whether you’re doing just fine or not feeling great for any reason, your day can always be improved by a little bit of Dwayne Johnson. I’m sure there are doctors somewhere that prescribe Dwayne Johnson videos to patients in need of a boost. No need to fact check that, because I’m trusting my gut on this one.

Here’s a prescription for everyone needing a boost: it’s Dwayne Johnson doing the rap from Disney’s Moana, the animated smash hit that Johnson lent his voice to last year. During a stop on The Graham Norton Show, Johnson talked about his character Maui and revealed that kids are constantly stopping him on the street and asking him to sing his song. That right there gave Naomie Harris an opening to do what all the kids do and ask for the Rock to sing.

Of course the audience was on board with this, as was Graham Norton, and the Rock obliged after a little bit of hesitation. Instead of belting out the whole song, though, he did what the kids really love to hear: he performed his character’s rap breakdown flawlessly. The Rock delivers!

So yeah, watch that video once in the afternoon and once again in the morning to ensure a brighter, more productive day. Side effects include smiles and getting the songs from Moana stuck in your head.
