Have you heard about the latest skincare fad? Noted trendsetter Sandra Bullock certainly has and she attempted to explain her new beauty secret to Ellen DeGeneres. While promoting her upcoming film Ocean’s 8, the actress coyly danced around any specifics as she awkwardly and adorably tried to explain her latest facial obsession.

“Well, it’s this way in which one… forces through microneedling… it pushes through the skin and ruptures the collagen,” Bullock explains. “What are you pushing into the skin?” DeGeneres asks multiple times while a flustered Bullock tries to find the right words.

Eventually, DeGeneres throws Bullock a conversational life-preserver by yelling “It’s foreskin from a Korean baby.”

A frazzled Bullock attempted to explain the process.

“It’s not like I’m lying there with little pieces over my face,” the actress said. “I call it the penis facial and when you see how good it is to your face, you too will run to your local facialist and say, ‘Give me the penis. It’s gonna happen. Give me the penis. That’s what you’re gonna say.’”

“I’m never gonna say that,” Ellen retorts. “That’s never gonna come out of my mouth.”

Apparently, the “Penis Facial” really is a new skincare fad.

“The latest trend celebs seem to be trying to keep their skin looking youthful is the penis facial, which is professionally known as an EGF (epidermal growth factor) facial,” the website Stellar reported back in March. “The treatment uses stem cells from the foreskins of circumcised Korean boys.”
