‘Below Deck Mediterranean’: Hannah & Adam Reveal There Are Charter Guests Ahead Even WORSE Than The Nuts Ladies

Last week’s season 3 premiere of Below Deck Mediterranean was nuts. Like, actually nuts. When a group of rich ladies boarded the yacht demanding a bowl of nuts, it was clear that things would only get crazier from there — and they do.

We caught up with Hannah Ferrier and Chef Adam Glick this week to discuss the new season of the Bravo show, and when we asked if there could possibly be charter guests that top these women, Chef Adam confirmed, “Yeah, they get worse. We did not think that was going to be possible.”

“We have a charter this season that was just absolutely absurd on a request level,” he continued. “You thought nuts were bad? This makes nuts look like heaven.”

So what was the deal with the nuts anyway? Well, the crew was just getting settled on the boat, and that’s what led to the delay in serving the ladies their cherished protein. “I had about 6 hours to put a variety of nuts on that damn boat, so they didn’t get the variety they needed,” Chef Adam explained.

“Whatever happens, you can still treat people with decent respect,” said Hannah, who also noted, “I’ve never dealt with charter guests that disgusting and rude before.” Oh, and there’s even more coming from that group on tonight’s new episode!

So what do the yachties do when they need to cool down from such stressful guests? “They actually really shook me. I was pretty angry,” Hannah admitted, and told us that she lets her pal Adam know she’s leaving her radio behind, and goes and sits on the bow of the boat, listening to music and looking at the horizon to chill out.

Meanwhile, the chef says he’s tried taking deep breaths, retreating to his cabin for 5 minutes to gather his thoughts, and when all else fails he “starts cleaning like a mad scientist.”

After all, Chef Adam spends his whole days in that kitchen, cooking for the guests, the crew, and he told us, “When I have time, I try to hook up the camera crew” as well. Aww! Not that the yacht staff are eating nearly as well as the guests though. “They get whatever’s going bad, to be perfectly honest,” Chef Adam explained. “Whatever’s not going to last another 5 days,” becomes the crew’s meals, which can mean something fancy like steak and eggs for breakfast, to items, well, less fancy.

“Needless to say, the chief stew doesn’t eat the crew food,” Hannah laughed.

“Yeah, Hannah kinda gets her own special menu,” Adam revealed. “She comes in and bats her little eyes,” and that can earn her snack like quesadillas. But the real chef’s pet is actually Kasey. “I spoiled her,” Adam confessed, due to the fact that, “she’d bring me coffee every morning.”

Oh, but he’s not the only one that’s smitten. When we brought up the fact that Bravo superfan Chrissy Teigen has been tweeting about Below Deck Med, Hannah couldn’t contain her excitement at seeing the social media love. “Oh my god, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are talking about me on the couch at home! I was the biggest fan girl,” she said. See our full interview with Hannah and Adam below.

Below Deck Mediterranean airs Tuesdays at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo.
