More details have emerged after news broke this morning that Thomas Ravenel, the former star of Southern Charm, was arrested for second degree assault and battery charges. An affidavit obtained from the Charleston Police Department shines a light on where these charges came from, and it’s not pretty.

Warning: the language below is uncensored and potentially disturbing so please read at your own discretion.

Ravenel’s arrest this morning appears to be tied to a previous accusation of sexual assault and not a new incident. The affidavit references the date of January 25, 2015 and states that “there is probably cause to believe that the defendant did commit the crime set forth.”

The report goes on to describe the victim “was working for the defendant as a nanny” and that the defendant “undressed and made sexual advances on the victim.”

“The defendant grabbed the victim’s hand and placed it on his penis before attempting to remove the victim’s clothing.”

The affidavit continues to read, “The defendant pulled down the victim’s pants and said ‘Show me your pussy,’ and began grabbing the victim’s vagina.”

“The victim crouched down to the ground to try and prevent further assault, and the defendant then put his penis in her face and asked, ‘Do you like big dicks?'”

The entire report is disturbing to read, and is another step in the investigations of sexual assault claims that have been brought upon Ravenel this year. He has taken to social media twice within the last month to declare that he will not be returning to the Bravo series.
