Lucy Hale and Alex Wolff have sex in 'Dude' — ***Dude***
These ABC Family and Disney Channel stars are all grown up. In *Dude*, Alex Wolff and Lucy Hale get it on in a lengthy scene that left many fans saying, "Did I really just watch a guy from the Naked Brothers Band suck on a nipple?" Wolff and Hale's sex scene is the undoubted highlight of *Dude* (an otherwise generic high school graduation flick), so no one will blame you if you just fast forward to the 47-minute mark.

'Sally4Ever' pilot sex scene — *Sally4Ever*: "Episode 1"
The first episode of *Sally4You* features a sex scene so wild it's absolutely astonishing HBO allowed it onto the air. We're talking props, toes in butts, bloody tampons, and faces full of jizz -- you know, everything an amazing sex scene should have. *Sally4Ever* isn't afraid to let its freak flag fly, and for that, it deserves to take its rightful spot on this list.

Chris Pine and Florence Pugh have sex in 'Outlaw King' — ***Outlaw King***
When *Outlaw King* first premiered, all anyone could talk about was Chris Pine's full-frontal scene; no one mentioned that the medieval epic also features a damn good sex scene (and Pine's pubes!). Around the middle of the movie, Pine and Florence Pugh bone on a bed of furs, and the experience seems to be incredibly, uh, pleasurable for both. Score one for Robert the Bruce!

Issa Rae has sex in 'Insecure' — *Insecure*: "High-Like"
*Insecure*'s third season features less sex than the previous two installments, but it still provided viewers with this A+ sex scene. While at Coachella, Issa runs into her former fling, Nathan, and the two take a romantic carousel ride as the rest of Issa's friends trip balls. When the carousel suddenly stops, Issa and Nathan can't help but act on their feelings, and they do it right there (!) in the glass (!) carousel (!). Sometimes if you're feeling it, you just gotta go for it.

Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan have sex in 'Fifty Shades Freed' — ***Fifty Shades Freed***
The final *Fifty Shades* movie wrapped things up nicely, but not before treating us to a few more oh-so-naughty sex scenes. In one particularly divisive scene (at least among Decider's staff), a midnight snack turns into a full-blown sex sesh when Anastasia begins dripping ice cream down Christian's body and licking it up. She goes down on him, he reciprocates, and everyone is happy -- except the person who has to clean that table in the morning.

Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse have sex in 'Riverdale' — *Riverdale*: "Chapter Twenty-Five: The Wicked and the Divine"
The teens of *Riverdale* just can't stop smangin'. After months of chaste making out, Betty and Jughead finally have sex in Season 2, Episode 12, which aired all the way back in January. The moment is everything Bughead fans had been waiting for, and then some: it features some sexy dialogue, sweeping music, and Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse's electric chemistry. All hail the Serpent King and Queen.

Rachel McAdams and Rachel Weisz have sex in 'Disobedience' — ***Disobedience***
It's impossible to talk about the Best Sex Scenes of 2018 without mentioning Rachel Weisz and Rachel McAdams' powerful moment in *Disobedience*. Upon hearing that her father has passed away, Ronit (Weisz) travels to the Orthodox Jewish community in London where she grew up. There, Ronit reunites with old friends, including Esti (McAdams), and it's revealed that the women secretly dated years ago. When Ronit and Esti finally get a moment alone, they get a hotel room and share one of the most intimate -- and memorable -- sex scenes of the year.

Sex scene in 'Yellowstone' — *Yellowstone*: "Daybreak"
Paramount Network's *Yellowstone* isn't all cows and sweeping landscapes: it's also about that hot, hot sex. In the first episode, Kelly Reilly's Beth Dutton seduces Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser), and the two welcome the morning with some vertical boning. Beth and Rip are up against the wall, they're up against the mirror, they're anywhere except the bed -- because that's just how *Yellowstone* does it. The only thing that would make this sex scene better, for Beth and for us? Rip keeping his mouth shut. Sigh.

'Sense8' finale orgy — *Sense8*: "Amor Vincit Omnia"
As our Joe Reid put it, "*Sense8* saved its best orgy for last." The two-and-a-half-hour finale that debuted on Netflix in May featured a beautiful orgy scene that will not soon be forgotten. The climactic moment -- literally: it came at the very end of the series -- gave the main characters a chance to connect physically and emotionally one last time, which is really what *Sense8* was all about. Plus, who doesn't like orgies?

Timothee Chalamet and Maika Monroe in 'Hot Summer Nights' — ***Hot Summer Nights***
Timothée Chalamet can do no wrong. In the underappreciated indie flick *Hot Summer Nights*, Chalamet plays Daniel, a kid torn between the drug game and a dealer's sister, McKayla. Teenage boy that he is, Daniel can't resist McKayla, and after some hot make out scenes, the two lose their virginities to one another in a car in the middle of a field in the pouring rain. A car? The middle of an empty field? Pouring rain? This *Hot Summer Nights* moment has all the makings of a great sex scene, but the addition of gold ol' Timmy Chalamet pushes it over the edge.

2018 graced us with some truly impressive sex scenes, from the intimate to the wild. This year, your favorite shows and movies gave us illicit affairs, same-sex moments, vertical quickies, and orgies galore, and for that, we are eternally grateful. But we’re not just interested in the good sex scenes; we’re interested in the great ones. The best of the best. The naughtiest of the Naughty List. And thus, this list was born: the 10 Best Sex Scenes of 2018.

But before we get started, let’s take a look back at some of our sexiest posts from the past few months. This month, we watched Claws fuck a man back to life and explored the best NC-17 movies of all time. In October, Josh Sorokach took a deep dive into the hottest horror hookups, all of which are steamy and screamy.
