Tom Hopper as Luther, a.k.a. Number One, a.k.a. Spaceboy
Sir Hargreeves' first recruit, Luther has spent the last few years stationed on the moon. His hulking physique is the result of some mad science performed by his adoptive father. Hopper's no stranger to high-concept TV shows; he was previously a regular on Merlin and Black Sails, and also recurred on Game of Thrones as Dickon Tarly. Young Luther is played by Cameron Brodeur.

David Castaneda as Diego, a.k.a. Number Two, a.k.a. The Kraken
The fighter of the group is Diego, a loose cannon and expert knife-thrower. Unlike his siblings, he still operates as a masked vigilante as an adult. Diego's played by David Castaneda, who previously recurred on the TV shows Switched at Birth and Jane the Virgin.

Emmy Raver-Lampman as Allison, a.k.a. Number Three, a.k.a. The Rumor
Gifted with the ability to control the will of others with just a few words, Allison has parlayed her childhood heroics into adult superstardom. This is Raver-Lampman's first starring role, having previously done an episode of the new ABC drama A Million Little Things. Young Allison is played by Eden Cupid.

Robert Sheehan as Klaus, a.k.a. Number Four, a.k.a. The Seance
Every family needs a screw-up, and the partying, rule-breaking, pill-popping, liquor-swigging Klaus plays that part. Cursed with the ability to communicate with the dead, Klaus is the most troubled of the family by far-but at least he has a good time? Sheehan's no stranger to playing unlikely super types; he previously starred on the cult favorite British dramedy Misfits. Since then he's appeared on Prime Video's Fortitude and NatGeo's Genius. Young Klaus is played by Dante Albidone.

Aidan Gallagher as The Boy, a.k.a. Number Five
The mysterious teleporter known only as Number Five returns to the present day as a man (in the body of a boy) on a mission. Umbrella Academy marks Gallagher's grown-up acting debut after spending four seasons playing Nicky on the hit Nickelodeon comedy Nicky, Ricky, Dicky and Dawn.

Ellen Page as Vanya, a.k.a. Number Seven
The only one of Hargreeves' adopted proteges without any superpowers, Vanya grew up in the academy but not truly part of the academy. Now she's an aspiring professional violinist and makes money giving lessons. Page is a major movie star and the show's top-billed cast member. She earned an Oscar nomination for her role in Juno, played Kitty Pryde in two X-Men movies, and is part of Netflix's upcoming Tales of the City revival. Young Vanya is played by T.J. McGibbon.

A darkly eccentric millionaire, Sir Reginald Hargreeves traveled across the globe to adopt as many of the mystery babies as he could. He got seven and turned them into a superhero team, and then engaged in intense parental neglect. Feore is definitely one of those "oh, he was in thaaat" guys, most known for Chicago, The Chronicles of Riddick, and Thor (where he played Loki's dad Laufey). On TV, he's had roles on House of Cards, Revolution, and The Borgias.

Primarily known for his stage work, Godley's also popped up on TV in episodes of Breaking Bad, Merlin, Manhattan, and Suits. He was also a main cast member on the superhero cop show Powers.

Her major hits include 1996's "Not Gon' Cry" and 2001's "Family Affair." She made the leap to acting in recent years, earning an Oscar nomination for her role in Netflix's Mudbound.

Cha-Cha's partner, Hazel's another dangerous hit-man with sites on the Umbrella Academy crew. Prior to this show, Britton appeared in another big Netflix show, Mindhunter. His performance as Edmund Kemper earned him an Emmy nom. He also appeared on HBO's Barry and was a regular on Stitchers.
