Chilling 'Unsolved Mysteries' Trailer Teases A Severed Head, A Body On The Beach And More Gruesome Cases In Season 4
The internet’s favorite gumshoes are back! Ryan Bergara and Shane Madej’s popular whodunnit series BuzzFeed Unsolved: True Crime is about to return for Season 5. In your face, Encyclopedia Brown!
Not only do we have an exclusive first look at the Season 5 premiere — which includes a reference to the most notorious scoundrel in recorded history: The Hamburglar — but Decider also cracked the case of some of the unsolved mysteries the boys will be investigating in the forthcoming season. Let’s take a look at the suspects… and by suspects I mean episodes.
In the Season 5 premiere, Ryan and Shane will cover the the true-life horror story of The Watcher, the infamous mystery stalker that terrorized a New Jersey family in 2014. Unfortunately, Ryan and Shane will not be investigating The Hamburglar in Season 5. Gotta keep something in the tank for Season 6, right? Your days are numbered, burger thief!
Here are the cases the boys will be investigating in Episodes 2 and 3 of BuzzFeed Unsolved: True Crime:
Episode 2: Australian Shark Arm: This peculiar case has a little bit of everything: Murder! Sharks! Arms! Ryan and Shane discuss this puzzling hunt for a murderer in Sydney, Australia.
Episode 3: Reykjavik Confessions: The boys discuss the bizarre case of six people who confessed to a crime they didn’t remember — or commit.
