The Hellboy reboot premieres in theaters this weekend, because you can never have too many versions of the same superhero film! Or at least, that’s how Hollywood sees it! Hellboy, for the uninitiated, is a Dark Horse Comics character whose real name is Anung Un Rama. Anung is a half-demon who’s been raised as a perfectly nice human boy. He’s admittedly a little rough around the edges, grows horns and has superhuman strength, but overall, he’s a good guy.
The 2019 Hellboy film stars Stranger Things/Twitter dad David Harbour as Hellboy, and is directed by Neil Marshall (The Descent). So far, reviews of the film are not great.
