This weekend, Netflix is releasing a slew of new titles that will suit any and all of your needs. Undoubtedly the biggest title dropping is The Perfect Date, starring Noah Centineo as a high schooler who starts a date-for-hire business to help pay for college. In addition to The Perfect Date, Netflix is also releasing Special, a dramedy about a gay man living with cerebral palsy, Original film Who Would You Take to a Deserted Island?, and Band Aid, a 2017 indie starring Adam Pally and Zoe Lister-Jones.
But don’t fill up your queue quite yet! If we’re being honest, this weekend is all about HBO and the return of Game of Thrones. On Sunday, the fantasy epic returns for its eighth and final season, and it’s practically impossible to know who (if anyone!) will make it out alive. Feeling something with more romance and less dragons? Don’t miss Crazy Rich Asians, HBO’s blockbuster offering this week. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll wonder just how much that Singapore Airlines ticket cost. (A lot. Definitely a lot.)

The Perfect Date
To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before star Noah Centineo has done it again. In The Perfect Date, Centineo doubles down on his nice-but-still-cool guy persona to play Brooks Rattigan, a teen who creates a date-for-hire app to help pay for his dream college. As business starts booming, Brooks is forced to reevaluate his dreams and his identity, as well as his relationships with Celia (Laura Marano) and Shelby (Camila Mendes), two girls who couldn’t be more different. Part coming-of-age story, part teen rom-com, The Perfect Date is ideal for anyone looking for a low-stakes love story.

Game of Thrones: Season 8
The moment we’ve all been waiting for is finally here. After almost two years away from our screens Game of Thrones is back with its eighth and final season, and you can bet that it’s going to be a bloodbath for the ages. Who will take the throne when all is said and done? The final installment of the game-changing HBO drama features six episodes, four of which are over 70 minutes long, so Thrones fans are in for a feature-length event every Sunday night. Winter is coming? More like The Long Night is coming.

Crazy Rich Asians
There’s a reason Crazy Rich Asians was the highest-grossing romantic comedy in a decade: it’s damn near perfect. Based on Kevin Kwan’s novel of the same name, Crazy Rich Asians follows NYU professor Rachel Chu (Cosntance Wu), who travels to Singapore with her boyfriend Nick Young (Henry Golding) for his friend’s wedding. Once there, she realizes that Nick is crazy freaking rich, and she’s immediately thrown into a world of elegant parties, shipping magnates, million-dollar fashion, and over-the-top weddings. The Young family is reluctant to let Rachel into their world, but with the help of her old friend Peik Lin (Awkwafina), Rachel begins to find her footing. Can Rachel make the Youngs accept her for who she truly is, or will the old guard bully her out for good?
